Job Description:
A company is looking for a SVP, Primary Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple primary servicing functions and oversee
operations
Design workflows and maintain visibility into task assignments and
work product quality
Analyze legal documents and represent the company in resolving
compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in
a VP level role
Preferred experience in commercial real estate, cash management,
and loan servicing
Strong Excel skills and high comfort level with industry-related
software
Ability to multitask and work as a team player
