Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is a
self-motivated team player to join our growing organization. The
ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a
collaborative environment. Client Details This organization
specializes in providing comprehensive services in the construction
and engineering sectors. With a focus on delivering high-quality
projects, they combine expertise in design, project management, and
client relations. Description Marketing Material Development:
Create and coordinate marketing materials to enhance market
awareness of the organization's capabilities. Use InDesign to
develop brochures for proposals, qualifications packages, and
promotional literature. Ensure all marketing materials align with
brand standards and maintain quality integrity. Event Coordination:
Organize internal company events as well as external industry and
client gatherings. Identify and manage logistics for project
milestone events (e.g., groundbreakings, grand openings). Oversee
the setup and execution of promotional events, ensuring effective
branding and engagement. Market Research and Content Creation:
Conduct market research and technical writing to improve existing
literature and develop new collateral. Collaborate with project
managers to gather information and create compelling narratives for
marketing materials. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor
activities to identify growth opportunities. Digital Presence
Management: Manage the organization's website, ensuring content is
current and relevant. Utilize social media platforms to showcase
projects, share news, and engage with the community. Coordinate a
LinkedIn posting schedule and manage content collection from
various departments. Bid and Proposal Support: Assist in preparing
bids and proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and
completeness. Work closely with project management to align
marketing efforts with business objectives. Public Relations and
Communication: Identify media opportunities, manage content
collection, and collaborate with third-party PR professionals as
needed. Communicate marketing initiatives and successes to internal
stakeholders. Budget Management: Assist in the development and
management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and
resource efficiency. Profile Minimum of 3 years of experience as a
Marketing Coordinator, preferably in a professional services
environment (construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial
real estate). BA/BS degree in Marketing, Graphic Design,
Communications, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required). Experience in
web design and both print and electronic marketing. Detail-oriented
with strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to
thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. Strong leadership skills and the ability to
