Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform
decision-making
Collaborate with external research firms and monitor industry
trends
Analyze data and present insights to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related
field
2+ years in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics
industries
2+ years leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research
methods
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey
platforms
