Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Director to serve
as a trusted advisor to customers and manage technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical
guidance on Majesco products
Manage customer escalations and incidents, ensuring timely
resolution and communication
Develop and implement project plans for software upgrades and
enhancements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of experience in customer engagement, technical
support, or account management
At least 7+ years of experience in insurance technologies
preferred
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required
Experience with software implementation projects and change
management concepts
ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
