Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a global team of Sales Enablement Consultants and Managers
supporting various sales roles
Implement data-driven practices to track and improve key metrics
like win rate and account growth
Develop role-based curriculums and innovative training approaches
to enhance talent development
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading high-performing global enablement teams
(5+ years)
Experience in leading sales teams and sales leaders (5+ years)
Expertise in building training and development programs with
measurable results
Experience in stakeholder management with VP+ and C-Suite
Strong knowledge of existing enablement tools like Sales Navigator
and Gong
