Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow FSO Developer for a
100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve
scalability
Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations, including data model setup
and workflow development
Document technical design and development processes, and build
FSO-related features
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO)
platform
Expertise in configuring ServiceNow FSO modules and data model
setup
Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and
FSO-specific workflows
Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and
custom application development
Ability to lead customer-facing discussions and configuration
reviews
