REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, as well as experience handling all aspects of patent litigation. A degree or background in engineering or the sciences and actual patent litigation trial experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have a JD, strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
