We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Health Care Litigation / Associate Position Requirements

• Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience and superb writing skills
• The ideal candidate will also possess 2+ years of experience in health care litigation with a particular emphasis on False Claims Act matters
• Strong persuasive writing experience, especially with drafting federal court pleadings and motions
