Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support its
legal team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and manage client documents and conduct background
checks
Draft legal documents for attorney review and assist with trial
preparation
Manage multiple assignments and maintain accurate billing
records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
Labor and employment law experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent
Experience with document review software and eDiscovery technology
preferred
