We're growing our team here in Kingwood, TX. Compensation: $18.00 / hourSchedule: Sat-Sun 6am-2pm Mon-Tues 2pm-10pm Wed 10pm-6amAbout the job:

• Swiftly respond to alarms triggered by security systems, ensuring a timely arrival at the designated location.
• Investigate the cause of alarms, assessing potential security threats, and taking appropriate actions to address the situation.
• Act decisively during emergency situations, coordinating responses with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Effectively communicate with clients, fellow security personnel, and law enforcement to convey critical information and facilitate a coordinated response.
• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports, documenting relevant information, actions taken, and outcomes of each alarm response.
• Operate and oversee the maintenance of security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices.
• Provide professional and courteous interaction with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Maintain a state of readiness for immediate response, staying alert and vigilant during the entire shift.
• Represent the security organization with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.You effectively monitor CCTVs and operate multi-line phone systems, providing a prompt response in a timely manner Your background:
  • You must have experience in high rise and/or office environments (Class A)You must have at least (1) year of experience in a Security Operations Center or an equivalent position within security (GSOC, SOC, Dispatch, Console Operator, etc.).
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • You have a state security license
  • You have a valid driver's license without Restriction B
  • Able to climb stairs, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time
  • You have reliable transportation
  • You are at least 21 years of age
  • You are able to demonstrate stable work history
  • You have experience dealing with Class A clientele
  • You have both verbal and written communication skills
  • You have understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
