The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Intake Coordinator - Global Investigations, working in Oil and Gas industry in Houston, Texas, 77079, United States.

• Monitors the intake function for the Global Investigations Team reviewing, scoping, classifying, and assigning approximately allegations from the open reporting tool, the Ombuds network, or reporting from HR, Compliance or managers around the company that the company code of conduct, policy or law has been violated.

  Experience Required for Your Success
  • 3+ years office experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company specific databases
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.

  • A self-starter candidate would perform best
  • Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company specific databases, detailed knowledge of practices and procedures of department, the ability to handle confidential and sometimes legally privileged information, as well as good communication and analytical skills are favored.
