Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to
support the OPWDD CANS Project.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to gather consumer information and schedule
assessment appointments
Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient
scheduling processes
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and educate them about the
CANS assessment
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of customer
service experience
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual or
developmental disabilities
Experience in community outreach or conducting presentations
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to learn new software programs quickly
