Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adult Trauma Registry Supervisor to
oversee the daily operations of the Trauma Registry function.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise trauma registrars, monitor productivity and accuracy, and
make work assignments
Review clinical records and apply appropriate coding and scoring
for trauma patients
Analyze trauma data and provide reports for quality improvement and
compliance
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in an applicable field; Bachelor's degree
preferred
1 to 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
3 or more years of trauma registry experience in a trauma
center
Experience with clinical chart review and abstraction
Completion of required courses within 12 months of hire
