Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist to
connect insurance plan members with healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to patients to encourage scheduling of telehealth
wellness visits
Assist with appointment scheduling, particularly for underserved
populations
Manage multiple outreach campaigns and respond to patient inquiries
in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; degree in healthcare or
related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing,
or healthcare outreach
Experience in patient engagement or telehealth services is a
plus
Familiarity with healthcare insurance plans and patient care
coordination is desirable
Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus
