Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Educator Epic/Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement organization-wide education for the
electronic medical record (Epic)
Conduct gap and workflow analyses to identify areas of improvement
and align education with organizational objectives
Evaluate educational materials and curriculum to ensure alignment
with changing workflows, processes, and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years in
healthcare, technology, or education)
Epic certification preferred
Minimum five (5) years of combined teaching and experience in the
area of expertise
Minimum two (2) years of experience in creating, designing, and
writing training curriculum
Experience in Epic Hyperspace or other EMR system preferred
