We specialize in Personal Injury Law, and we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or reception by phone. Responsibilities:
--- Welcome and greet visitors to our office with a warm and friendly demeanor
--- Efficiently handle and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
--- Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and organizing medical records and correspondence
--- Ensure the office space is consistently clean, organized, and presentable
--- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate
--- Monitor and maintain break room supplies and presentation
--- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for team members
--- Uphold the firm's professional image by demonstrating integrity and empathy
--- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
--- Take ownership of maintaining a welcoming and inviting office environment
--- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:
--- Fluency in SPANISH is a mandatory requirement for this role; proficiency in Spanish is a non-negotiable aspect of this position.
--- Minimum of 2 years of legal reception experience is highly preferred.
--- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred.
--- Experience involving phone communication is highly preferred.
--- Strong communication abilities are crucial for creating positive initial impressions with a diverse range of individuals.
--- Proficiency in technology, including: Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software is a must, with a keen eye for detail.
