Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of training programs for
Healthcare Payer operations
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within
the organization
Design and deliver engaging training materials and sessions across
various formats
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development,
Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5 to 7 years of experience in training and development focused on
Healthcare Payer operations
Extensive knowledge of claims processing, member enrollment, and
provider management
Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
Proficiency in training tools and software such as Learning
Management Systems (LMS)
