Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional product development team to identify,
define, and build winning products, strategies, and business
models
Integrate strategies and business models with broader enterprise
goals, executing a product roadmap that innovates against the
current product portfolio
Manage cross-functional stakeholder groups and drive strategic
partnerships to enhance product capabilities and market
presence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership and value
creation
Experience in product development and bringing new products to
market at leading digital consumer product companies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex
information
Proven track record of leading and influencing high-performing
teams
Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or technical degree is a plus
