Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide
technical support as part of a Managed Service Provider team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and log incoming support tickets, categorizing and
prioritizing them based on urgency
Assign tickets to appropriate technical teams and ensure timely
communication with clients regarding ticket status
Track ticket progress to meet Service Level Targets and escalate
high-priority issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in IT or
related field is a plus
Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking and operating
systems
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Managed
Service Provider environment
1+ year of technology or equivalent experience
Familiarity with ticketing systems and tracking work
