Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Representative to engage
potential clients and qualify them for the quoting process.
Key Responsibilities
Engage leads through outbound calls or inbound conversations
Qualify potential clients and transfer them to live agents
Work towards achieving weekly goals and maintain quality transfer
rates
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in phone sales or call center work is a plus
Ability to learn phone and computer platforms quickly
Demonstrate tenacity and willingness to persevere through calls
Possess strong people skills and a passion for connecting with
others
Ability to pivot quickly with script and process changes
